Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 3-5 working days, each candle is handmade, occasionally this may be made bespoke to your order. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order within the UK. If we have in stock, we will ship straight away.

All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail 48 hours tracked, and can usually be expected within 2 business days of dispatch.

You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently, please get in touch prior to ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
